After reading all the posts on this forum, the browsers may find the answers of the following questions:
1. What is the origin of the title "Da Lai Lama"? What is his relationship with Panchen Lama?
2. How many major Buddhist sects are there in Tibet now?
3. Da Lai Lama was originally the religious leader of one Buddhist sect in Tibet. When and how did Da Lai become the political/religious leader of the whole Tibet?
4. As an independent Buddhist sect in Tibet, Jonang was popular at a time. Which Da Lai Lama forced Jonang's believers to give up their beliefs and merge into Da Lai's own sect? (Thank Buddha that Jonang's pure religious tradition was well preserved by some monks in a distant place so that many people can benefit from its distinctive culture now.)
